WhiteWater Express Car Wash

Scratched the hood of my brand new car. Told me the claim was approved by the area director, then told me it was denied by regional director. Months of waiting and misrepresentations. They paid a $7k claim to another patron months prior to my own incident, but denied a meager $700 claim. The staff agreed with me that the scratches were caused by the wash.

The car wash here is definitely kept clean. The vacuums here are phenomenal. I was desperately needing to clean out vehicle and they pulled through like champs.

I’ve been a loyal member of Whitewater for several years, but unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience involving damage to my vehicle. My car was in excellent condition prior to entering the wash, and there is video footage confirming that the damage occurred while it was in their care. Despite this, the company has refused to take responsibility. As a heads-up to others, it appears there is “policy” that they will not cover damages for vehicles older than seven years. I’ve also attached the email outlining the list of exclusions they provided. I’m sharing this as a public service so others can make an informed decision. Please be cautious when using this company

Earlier opening hours than most places which is nice. Great amenities for cleaning the inside of your car (all free!) And I also want to give a deserved shout-out to Shawn, who offered to personally clean my floor mats while I vaccummed the inside of my car. He was very friendly and professional!

I had an amazing experience at this car wash, and Emily truly made it exceptional. From the moment she started, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. My car looks brand new—every inch was spotless, shining, and clearly cared for with pride. Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her customers. If you’re coming here, ask for Emily—she’s the best! I’ll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone I know.
